We don't run a formal graduate training program, we're not too bothered about what letters you have after you name. What's important to us is how you do your job. We do, however, have a large number of extremely qualified employees, but we see the person first and the qualifications second.
Facilities
The LNT Group's bespoke offices were opened in 2007 by Damon Hill OBE and offer a truly stunning environment in which to work. The premises boast a fully equipped gym which is open to all employees, a fully catered cafeteria and beauty salon, not to mention twice weekly personal training sessions with a highly experienced trainer.

Staff Social Events
Staff members enjoy days out at York Races, various TOCA racing events around the country, the staff summer barbeque held in the middle of a racing curcuit, not to mention the legendary annual fancy dress Christmas party held in a marquee at LNT HQ. There are also a number of ad hoc social events throughout the year organised by the staff themselves.
